Code of Conduct

As a CimCom Officer/NCO I pledge to …

1.      I take my responsibilities to CAA and its members seriously and I will execute my work in a timely manner.

2.      I will not speak for Command unless I am delegated that responsibility.

3.      I recognize that CimCom decisions are made by vote at monthly meetings. In exceptional circumstances voice votes at OPs and Email votes can be requested.

4.      I will consider all my statements and know that they will be understood as coming from Command and not me personally.  As long as I hold office I will be circumspect in my comments to others as befits the office I am executing.

5.      I will Praise in public Criticize in private to those above and below me in the chain.

6.      I will speak directly to the individual not to others whether to praise or criticize.

7.      I will make financial decisions with the best interest of the CAA at heart . I will recuse myself if a specific decision would benefit me or my interests personally.

8.  I will not share any information about CimCom actions or deliberations with anyone outside the CAA. I will respect this sensative information and will not tarnish the CAA's public image by leaking it to the public.  I will not share CimCom email messages with anyone outside CimCom. 

9.  I will not dicuss condfidential CimCom matters with those outside CimCom.(Personell or other sensative material)
