This SOP describes the primary duties of the Captain of the CAA.

1. “From the CP” monthly Newsletter message
2. Maintain positive contact with club membership to promote club's unity
1. Promote our positive brotherhood image
2. Take Disciplinary action and offer counseling when required
3. Maintain a strong communication with the Airsoft community
1. Always the primary spokesman of the team
4. Hold monthly meetings with CIMCOM staff NCOs
1. Monitor assignments, current duties, progress, and problems
5. Motivate the CAAs Staff Committees to Identify and set a Plan to accomplish their goals:
1. S1 - Generate, maintain and follow a 5-year plan for the organization
1. Publish club SOPs for various duties
2. Advertizing and sponsorship
2. S2 – Publicity and web presence, intel gathering.
3. S3 –             Plan and execute 13 OPs per year
1. Plan and execute one MEGA-OP per year
6. Financial plan –profitable
7. Sponsorship (with S1)
1. Plan and execute one Recruiting OP per year
8. Be visible in the Airsoft world
1. S4 - Be fiscally responsible with the club's finances
2. S5 - Grow membership roster to 40 active members in 5yrs
1. Keep personnel records
2. Perform annual reviews for every member
3. Set the standard for Op attendance, uniform appearance (especially for external Ops)
4. Ensure at least 4 membership meetings are held off-field per yeaFormal or informal
5. D-board for members/public
3. S6 – Tackle specific short term projects with a vengeance
