An important warrior's skill is
being able to go someplace you've never been to?
Look
for: Maturity of attitude,
interest in military stuff, commitment to Honor in airsoft. A positive attitude,
good conversational skills, and a good level of self-sufficiency (by that we
mean, they have readily available transportation, and are unintimidated by
having to follow driving directions or having to go someplace they've perhaps
have never been to).
You must decide
if they are potentially OK or NOT. Let your instincts guide you.
If you do not get
feeling comfortable speaking with them, there is a reason!
If you do not feel comfortable extending them an invitation,
then dont.
Always end your
Check-in call with...
"Well, thank you for
the taking the time to speak with me.
As you can imagine, we receive dozens of inquiries for a limited number
of open slots, and we currently have a waiting list.
I will put your name on that list, and we will contact you when a
spot opens up, there often a backlog."
