This SOP describes  the role responsibilities of the XO in the CAA

The role the XO-

• Facilitated the voice of the CO
• Supervised training  on all levels 
• Ensured that the budget was being observed (S4 liason)
• Oversee the day to day doings of the Unit
• Be always present when ever the attention of the CO was needed.  
• Be involved with decision making to move the CAA forward in the direction the CO wants want it to go. 
• Coordinate the S-staff NCOIC positions into the roles that best suite their strength's. 
•  XO will facilitate any disciplinary action as well as awards to members.
